Service Desk Manager; Onsite; E. London; £50k

Service Desk Manager required by an established company in East London/Essex borders paying upto 50k + 3k car allowance. We require a Service Desk Manager with at least 3 years experience in Service Desk Management within an ITIL environment.It is an office based role, 40 hours a week 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.A driving license is necessary due to their sites and services that may require visits within the London areaTo strengthen the team, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Lead / Manager to hold responsibility for managing a Service Desk of 5.This is a hands-on role and has direct responsibility for supporting existing and emerging ICT services at head office and remote sites.
