We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-paced business based in Colchester.You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and robust financial controls to support business performance.ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and variance analysisProvide meaningful financial insights to support cost control and operational performanceEnsure accurate reporting of KPIs and statistical dataPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controlsSupport statutory reportingPartner with operational teams to challenge costs and improve performanceContribute to budgeting and forecasting processesDrive continuous improvement of finance processes and policiesLiaise with internal teams and external providersKey SkillsPart-Qualified or Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)Analytical skills with attention to detailExperience in management accounts and financial reportingConfident communicator with stakeholder management experiencePlease contact Amy at Agilis Search for more information
