Learning and Development Trainer - Customer Service Upto 40,000 per annum Bromley, Kent Permanent Part-Time As our LandD Trainer for Customer Service, you will design and deliver engaging, practical training programs that empower colleagues to excel in every customer interaction. From onboarding new starters to developing advanced skills, you will ensure our team is equipped to deliver outstanding outcomes. This is a Permanent part-time position based in Bromley for 3 days a week. Your day to day will include Design and Deliver Training: Create blended learning programs covering compliance, complaints handling, vulnerable customer support, and sales through service. Coach for Success: Provide one-to-one and group coaching based on call listening and performance insights. Analyse and Innovate: Conduct learning needs analysis and build programs from scratch using modern techniques. Collaborate: Work closely with senior leaders and the UK Learning and Development team to align training calendars and mandatory requirements. Evaluate Impact: Monitor training effectiveness and report on KPIs to demonstrate success. This is a part time 3 day a week opportunity, any days accept Fridays. Start times are flexible from 8.30am to 9.30am. There maybe the opportunity to work from home occasionally and dependent on work.
