With ambitious growth plans, this client is looking to add a Senior Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist to their payroll function. As the Senior Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:Ownership of the UK, EMEA and APAC payrolls - this includes inputs, checks, and paymentsDrive UK payroll compliance, including RTI and HMRC submissions, year-end activities that includes P11DsPerform payroll reconciliations and provide payroll journals to the wider finance teamAdminister all starter and leaver paperworkResolve all payroll related queriesFull responsibility for the UK and International benefits - this includes benefit enrolments, benefit related queries and business communication on company benefitsDemonstrate excellent stakeholder managementWork with external payroll vendorsWork with the Payroll Manager to drive best practice and accuracy across the function In addition to a fantastic salary, this role can offer a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid working pattern.
