A leading media business, who are a leader in their field, are currently recruiting for a Global Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This client is going through an exciting transformational project, and this role will support with the BAU UK and International payroll while the project takes place. Day to day responsibilities of the Global Payroll Specialist are: Ownership of UK monthly payroll - processes in house and fully start to finish Main contact for all payroll related queries Support manager with coordinating and processing international payrolls Manage any salary changes, bonuses, starter and leavers, commissions Perform payroll related reconciliations Manage relationship with external vendors Prepare payroll reports on a regular basis Suggest improvements and recommendations where needed Along with a fantastic salary, this role can offer a hybrid working pattern and a generous benefits package, including a bonus.
