Receptionist
We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional, well presented Receptionist to join a very successful luxury goods company in Maidenhead. This is a fully office based role, working Monday - Friday, 9 - 5. You will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and positive atmosphere. Duties will include:Ensure the smooth running of receptionMeet and greet visitors to the officeKeep the visitor log updated and ensure correct badges are wornManage meeting room bookingsOrder stationary and kitchen stockSupport the EA to CEO with administrative tasksAssist with facilities management including contacting suppliers and contractors Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a positive, professional approach. Competence using Microsoft Office is essential.
