This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and confident care professional to oversee regulated services, ensure CQC compliance and deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will manage services including domiciliary care, respite support, dementia care and community-based day services, combining hands-on operational leadership with strategic service development. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage CQC-regulated domiciliary and community care services. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards. Supervise, mentor and develop care teams. Oversee care planning, assessments and risk management. Conduct audits, quality assurance reviews and service improvements. Manage staffing, recruitment, performance and operational delivery. Maintain positive relationships with service users, families and commissioners. Participate in the shared management on-call rota.
