A leading logistics business is seeking an experienced Site Services Manager / Senior Facilities Manager to join its Coventry Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for leading all facilities, maintenance, engineering support, and health and safety activities across a complex operational site. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the distribution centre remains safe, compliant, efficient, and fully operational. You will oversee critical building services, utilities, refrigeration systems, contractor management, statutory compliance, and planned maintenance programmes, while working closely with operational leadership to support business performance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of all site services, facilities, engineering support, maintenance activities, and building infrastructure. Ensure all facilities, plant, equipment, and building services operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements. Develop, implement, and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes to maximise asset reliability and minimise downtime. Oversee refrigeration systems, utilities, environmental controls, and critical site infrastructure. Maintain full compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry best practice.
