Principal Quantity Surveyor (Critical National Infrastructure) Supporting the continued growth of our Glasgow team, this newly created opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in shaping and delivering some of the UK''s most complex and high-profile Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) programmes. Working alongside industry-leading clients and multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of major programmes across our core sectors, including: Large-scale Transportation programmes, including Rail, Metro, Airport and Highways. Nationally significant Defence infrastructure projects. Clean Energy and Renewable Power development. Strategic Water infrastructure programmes. Science and Technology estates. Opportunitiy to support wider Uk, Ireland and International Flagship programmes. As an experienced Quantity Surveyor, you will bring demonstrable industry expertise, strong commercial acumen and established stakeholder management capabilities. Combining your sound commercial judgement with excellent communication skills, you will build trusted, collaborative relationships with clients, contractors and project teams, helping to drive successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.
