Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced School Administrator to support a welcoming and busy educational setting in Wolverhampton.

We are looking for a reliable, organised and enthusiastic individual with previous administrative experience working within a school environment.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office, providing essential administrative support to staff, parents and management.

The Role:
* Monday to Friday
* Providing general administrative support to the school.
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
* Managing enquiries from parents, staff and visitors.
* Maintaining accurate pupil records and updating databases.
* Supporting with attendance records and pupil information.
* Filing, photocopying and general office duties.
* Assisting the wider school team with daily administrative tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have previous administrative experience working within a school.
* Experience using SIMS, ARBOR or BROMCOM is desirable.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Professional, approachable and able to work independently.
* Reliable, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
