A great opportunity has arisen for a Bilingual Bookkeeper (English/French speaking) to join a prestigious Family Office based in Kensington and Chelsea, one of London''s most sought-after locations. The role will focus primarily on day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping and finance administration, working closely with the Financial Controller and liaising regularly with the Head Office in France. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual French/English accounts professional who is looking to develop their career within a discreet, professional and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be a French mother-tongue speaker, fluent in English, with strong IT and accounting systems skills. Experience using Xero, Sage or similar accounting platforms is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Processing, verifying and coding invoices in accordance with established procedures. Preparing payment packs and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete. Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and well-organised financial documentation. Carrying out bank, credit card, expense and supplier reconciliations and investigating discrepancies. Supporting the preparation of reliable financial information and reports. Collating approved information for payroll, VAT, tax, audit and KYC requirements.
