We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. Duties Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors. Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly to ensure data integrity. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist with payroll processing and related documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures in compliance with organisational policies. Monitor financial transactions for discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly. Maintain organised filing systems for all financial documents to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
