We are seeking an experienced CNC Grinder to join a well-established manufacturing business operating within a high-precision engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with experience in both CNC and manual grinding to join a stable company offering competitive pay and a permanent PM shift. The Role You will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components using a range of grinding machinery, ensuring work is completed to specification and quality standards. Responsibilities Operating Jones and Shipman CNC Cylindrical Grinding Setting and operating manual cylindrical grinding machines Operating manual surface grinding machines Working from engineering drawings and specifications Inspecting finished components to ensure conformance to tolerances Maintaining high standards of quality and housekeeping Working efficiently to meet production schedules Requirements Proven experience in cylindrical and surface grinding Ability to set and operate CNC grinding machinery Experience with Jones and Shipman grinding machines would be highly advantageous Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to producing high-quality work Shift Pattern PM Shift Monday to Thursday: 2:30pm - ..... full job details .....
