They are looking to recruit an experienced Grinder to join their skilled manufacturing team at their Warwick facility.This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist aerospace manufacturer producing precision components to exacting quality standards, working with a range of CNC and manual grinding machines.The RoleAs an Experienced Grinder, you will be responsible for producing high-precision components using CNC cylindrical grinding machines, as well as manual cylindrical and surface grinding equipment.You will play a key role in ensuring components meet strict engineering specifications and quality requirements within a demanding aerospace manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSetting and operating Jones and Shipman CNC cylindrical grinding machines, including Easy control and full CNC systems.Operating manual cylindrical grinding machines.Operating manual surface grinding machines.Manufacturing precision components to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.Ensuring components meet tight tolerances and quality standards.Using precision measuring equipment to inspect finished components.Carrying out in-process and final inspections.Maintaining excellent housekeeping and adhering to all Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
