If you have a hunter mentality and are motivated by new business opportunities, this could be the ideal role for you.Day-to-day of the role:Make approximately 60 outbound calls daily to both warm and cold leads.Follow up on enquiries, nurture relationships, and understand customer needs to maximise conversions.Prepare accurate quotations and proactively chase them.Manage customer enquiries via phone and email efficiently.Utilise internal systems including CRM tools, haulier databases, and industry lists effectively.Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and service delivery.Support the wider team during peak periods.Continuously develop your knowledge of products, pricing, and market competition.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years'' experience in a fast-paced sales role.Natural proactivity with a strong hunter mentality, resilient and motivated by targets.Honest, personable, and a strong communicator.Capable of working in a competitive, commercially sharp environment.Comfortable with a structured day involving high outbound activity.Benefits:Competitive salary with on-target earnings of up to £4
