Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate and analyse project data from multiple systems and sources. Review data quality and ensure accuracy, consistency and traceability. Develop and maintain project performance indicators and KPI reporting. Produce timely internal and external project performance reports. Identify data gaps, inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions. Monitor project trends and provide meaningful performance insights. Coordinate reporting inputs across project functions and stakeholders. Define and maintain reporting processes, procedures and standards. Support metadata management using SharePoint, MDT and Power BI. Identify opportunities to improve PMO tools, processes and reporting practices.
