This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or project support professional looking to develop their experience within a structured PMO environment.Your new roleAs an Admin PMO Analyst, you will provide essential administrative support to the wider PMO team, helping to ensure projects and engagements are effectively coordinated and delivered.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the PMO team with financial processes and reportingAssisting with the governance and administration of project engagementsSupporting team capacity planning and work allocationCoordinating onboarding and offboarding processesMaintaining organisational charts and distribution lists for starters and leaversRunning reports to monitor holiday bookings and forecastsSupporting compliance across the wider teamProviding general administrative and coordination support across the PMOWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will have previous experience working within a busy office, project administration, PMO support or similar environment.
