You will act as a lifeline, handling cases ranging from simple medical queries to urgent, complex emergencies. Key Duties: Handle customer calls and emails, providing timely and empathetic support Coordinate with medical teams, hospitals, airlines, and rescue services globally Progress cases to resolution while ensuring excellent customer experience Provide reassurance and support to distressed or anxious customers Maintain accurate records and liaise with internal teams and external partners What We Are Looking For: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent communication skills Calm, organised, and resilient under pressure High computer literacy and attention to detail Ability to multitask and switch between calls and emails Previous customer service, or telephony experience is required Training and Working Pattern: Structured six-week training (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30) 40 hours per
