Your Role As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Provide one-to-one and small-group support. Assist students with their learning, communication and development. Support students with personal care and daily activities where required. Encourage independence, confidence and engagement. Work closely with teachers and other support staff. Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment. We''re Looking For Patient, caring and compassionate. Previous experience with PMLD or SEN is desirable but not essential.
