This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and inclusive school community that is committed to helping every child thrive.As part of the Key Stage 1 team, you will play a vital role in delivering targeted phonics and literacy interventions, helping pupils build confidence and make excellent progress in their reading and writing.The Role Deliver high-quality phonics and literacy interventions to small groups of Key Stage 1 pupils. Lead structured intervention sessions for children of mixed abilities, targeting identified learning gaps. Support teachers with planning, assessment, and monitoring pupil progress. Create engaging, inclusive learning environments that encourage children to achieve their full potential. Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to ensure interventions meet individual pupil needs. Provide regular feedback to staff and pupils to support ongoing development.
