This is an immediate start temporary role, ideal for someone with experience in payroll administration, timesheets, invoicing, or payment processing, who can hit the ground running and provide short-term cover during a busy period.The roleYou''ll be joining a friendly, organised, and motivated Payments team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of payments for subcontractors and employees. You''ll have responsibility for your own workload, with support from the Payments Manager throughout the assignment.Key responsibilitiesProcessing subcontractor and employee timesheetsSupporting payroll and payment runsManaging invoicing in line with agreed termsHandling payment queries, amendments, and basic tax-related questionsDiscussing and resolving discrepancies confidentlyCompleting reconciliations and maintaining accurate recordsUpdating agencies and stakeholders with relevant payment informationSupporting FPS submissions in line with RTI requirementsAssisting with debt recovery processes where requiredGeneral finance administration and team supportWhat we''re looking forThis role would suit someone who already has some hands-on experience in a finance or payroll environment and is comfortable stepping into a busy role at short notice.We''re
