Payroll Administrator
My client is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a fixed term position for 12 months with the opportunity to go permanent. You will be responsible for the sole running of a payroll of 900 + employees, across a singular payroll including reporting and data analysis. ResponsibilitiesFull end to end Payroll processingHigh volume payrollCollation and input of all relevant informationUse of TandA systemNew starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity payTo administer SSP, SMP and SPPAnalysis of payroll DataRTI SubmissionsAdministration and processing of end of month / annual returnsRTI, FPS, P60s, PSA / P11DTax calculationsBACS runNI, overtime and other deductionsAuto enrolmentBalancing accountsPayment of expensesPension deductionsResponsibility for end-to-end implementation and the transition to a new payroll system and any other systems applicable to the role RequirementsOver 5 years of Payroll experienceStrong Legislation knowledgePension and Auto enrolment experienceExcel including V look upProactive approachExcellent attention to detailManual calculation abilityAnalysis of DataSomeone resilient, happy, can work under pressureStrong knowledge of internal controls to be able to implement new controls or enhance existing ones to mitigate risks to the organisation BenefitsFTC for 12 months - possibility of going permanentFlexi hours and possibility of condensing hoursParking on site
