Influence and challenge third-party contract negotiations to ensure operational resilience is fully considered and embedded from the outset. Collaborate with Partnership teams to design and implement best-in-class controls and documentation for IBS, including those managed jointly with strategic partners. Lead the design, execution, and reporting of resilience planning and testing, ensuring timely action tracking and resolution of identified issues.
