Rapid Resource are looking for several experienced Retail Engineers to be part of expanding Team working on a roll out starting February 2026. Locations: Gloucestershire, Peterborough, Swindon, Worcestershire Only candidates with previous EPOS experience will be considered for the position. Role: You will be required to de-install and install new hardware across all nights / stores. The work is on a contract basis and shifts are allocated weekly, we cannot guarantee you will be working 5 days a week, however, we anticipate the number of shifts allocated each week to be a minimum of 3, and due to the volume of work could be considerably higher. Shift types are varied so you must be willing to work either a Day Shift or a Night Shift. We will endeavour to keep Engineers close to their respective areas; however, this may not be possible all the time. Having a reliable vehicle is mandatory. You will be required to provide your own hand tools: Side cutters Various types of screwdrivers Cross head/Flat head and T type A small battery driven driver would be of benefit. All engineers will be required to hold a valid ECS card The requirement is on a contract basis operating either through your own limited company or if preferred via an Umbrella Company (Rapid can assist with this).
