Field Engineer (Highways Technology) Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire areas c£35,000 to £40,000 per year (+ Vehicle and Overtime) Plus excellent company benefits The Opportunity: Are you a Field Engineer/Technician with an electrical, comms or electronics background? We are currently recruiting a Field Engineer role to maintain the technology on motorways and trunk roads around the Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire areas. You will conduct installation, maintenance and fault-finding activities on a variety of roadside electronic equipment within your patch (VMS, ANPR, MIDAS, Roadside telephones, etc.). I am happy to speak to individuals coming from backgrounds in traffic signals, motorway communication, CCTV and RTPI, as training will be provided for those coming from outside of the sector.
