A leading Employer Services team operating from offices across the UK is currently searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their team in London You''ll join a UK wide team as key stakeholder, where you''ll help drive forward business strategy and growth, as well as leading, coaching and developing junior colleagues. Your responsibilities will include: High level of advisory work, whilst overseeing compliance aspects of the portfolioConduct technical research projects on any and all aspects of Employment TaxesBeing the main point of contact for clients and any external contactsDriving forward internal collaboration across teams and regions across the UK or InternationallyManagement, leadership, coaching and involvement in hiring of junior team membersBusiness development through new and existing clientsOnboarding of new clients, proposals and networking events You will be CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Employment Taxes. You may have trained in Practice, moved in-house and seeking a return to an Accounting Practice environment too. Individuals qualified by experience may also be considered, depending on suitable experience.
