Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Business Tax Senior Manager - SUPERB ROLEMcGinnis Loy Associates is proud to be working with a Top10 Accountancy Practice who are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing team in Central London. Reporting to the Tax Partner, the role would ideally suit an ATT or CTA or ACA qualified tax specialist from a Top100 or Regional Accountancy practice, or Tax Boutique. You will be managing junior members of the team and helping to grow the department, undertaking business development activities to grow the Corporate Tax service line, and you should be able to demonstrate strong transactions tax expertise. Key duties include:Reviewing complex corporate tax returns within agreed service levels and quality standards, identifying additional tax planning opportunitiesAlongside the Partner, leading work on UK and cross-border tax transactions projects and dealing directly with clientsGenerating new leads and winning new tax compliance and advisory workAssisting with the portfolio of owner-managed businesses through to UK and Int''l corporates (typically £20m - £300m turnover)Dealing with complex business tax queries on behalf of clients, and preparing client meeting notes for Tax PartnersPlanning and reviewing work carried out by team members and recruitment for the Tax team Developing tax efficient structures and assisting with corporate re-organisation''s for tax planning purposesLiaising directly with clients at C-suite level regard
