We are looking for a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in Derby. This is a long term role that can potentially turn into a permanent role for the correct candidate.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist with learning activities and personal development
• Help create a safe and supportive environment

Ideal candidate:

• Experience working with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
• Patient, caring, and resilient nature
• Team player with a proactive attitude
