Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Worcester, £45,000+ (DOE) - We are currently looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a friendly team and develop their career in civil and commercial litigation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling legal challenges, building strong client relationships and finding practical solutions to complex disputes. JOB REF: 5856 THE ROLE:• You will be responsible for advising a diverse range of private individuals and business clients on civil and commercial disputes.• Handling a varied portfolio of contentious matters, including property-related disputes, boundary and access issues, Party Wall Act claims, TOLATA matters, defamation and professional negligence, alongside wider civil litigation.• Taking ownership of cases from the outset, developing effective strategies and guiding clients through each stage of the dispute resolution process.• Working closely with colleagues across the firm to provide a joined-up, client-focused service.• Contributing to the continued growth of the team by developing professional networks, supporting business development and nurturing referral relationships.
