You will hold complete operational authority on-site to drive performance, direct subcontractors, and uphold an uncompromising safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety and Environmental ManagementEnsure strict compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, CDM Regulations 2015, and project-specific HandS procedures.Enforce site rules, RAMS, permits to work (especially Working at Height and electrical isolations), and safe systems of work.Conduct regular site safety tours, inspections, and behavioural safety audits.Lead investigations into any accidents, incidents, or near misses, implementing robust corrective actions.Maintain environmental controls across site (waste management, pollution prevention, noise, and dust control).Construction and Programme DeliveryPlan, coordinate, and supervise all day-to-day site installation activities ..... full job details .....
