This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of learning, engagement, and organisational development initiatives across the Council.Role OverviewAs a key member of the Organisational Development (OD) team, you will act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting the delivery and coordination of learning and development activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programmes and employee engagement initiatives.Key DutiesAct as a first point of contact for OD and Learning enquiries, providing professional support to staff and stakeholdersCoordinate and support the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programmesAdminister and co-present corporate induction programmesProcess invoices and assist with monitoring team expenditure and reportingMaintain and update learning systems (LMS), including basic reporting on acti
