The Role:Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders and preparing quotations.Handling customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and product availability.Managing customer accounts and supporting credit control.Maintaining accurate customer records and setting up new supplier accounts.Coordinating general office administration and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office.Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues across the business.
