We''re working with a successful SME in Leicester, which forms part of a wider group, to recruit a Management Accountant into a key position within their finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built a solid grounding in management accounting but is now looking for greater exposure, responsibility and mentorship as they progress towards qualification. You''ll work closely with an experienced FD who is keen to invest time into your development, giving you exposure not only to the core management accounts process but also budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and interaction with stakeholders across the wider business. What will you be doing?
