Key Responsibilities Acting as a point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. Coordinating maintenance and repair works. Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation. Supporting tenancy renewals, move-ins and move-outs. Managing property compliance and safety certification records. Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email. Maintaining accurate records using property management systems. Assisting with rent administration and reporting. Supporting the effective management of a residential property portfolio. Providing administrative and operational support to the wider team.
