Salary - £28,000 - £30,000
Hours - Mon to Thu 9.00am to 6:00pm - Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm
Experience in Property Administration is essential

An experienced Lettings Administrator is required to join a well-established and successful estate agency in North West London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lettings and excellent administrative skills to support the smooth running of this busy department.

While experience in a similar role would be advantageous, our client is particularly keen to find someone with a mature, professional approach, strong life experience and the confidence to work independently.

You will need to remain calm under pressure, be highly organised and manage competing priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
• Submitting insurance claims
• Arranging photographs and floor plans 
• Arranging check outs 
• Drawing up tenancy agreements 
• Referencing new tenants 
• Booking check ins and outs 
• Helping the negotiators with admin duties 
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents
