The Role The successful candidate will: Plan and deliver highly individualised, engaging and meaningful lessons tailored to pupils'' cognitive, communication and sensory profiles Teach and support learners working at early developmental levels Work collaboratively with therapists and multi-disciplinary professionals to embed therapeutic approaches into daily teaching Utilise Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, including: High-tech communication devices and apps Low-tech systems such as PECS, Sign-Along and visual supports Build strong, positive relationships with families and contribute effectively to home-school communication Play an active role in Annual Reviews and contribute to Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes Take responsibility for the progress and outcomes of all pupils within your class Coordinate and lead a team of SEN Teaching Assistants Deliver creative, pupil-focused lessons in line with the agreed curriculum timetable Promote the safety, wellbeing and holistic development of all pupils Pu
