Role Details Location: SEN School in Colchester Start Date: April 2026 - Permanent role Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, Permanent Salary: M2-UPS3 (dependent on experience) + SEN allowance Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS2 pupils with autism and complex needs Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that supports pupils'' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure consistent and holistic provision The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience in SEN, particularly ASD and complex needs Have experience supporting pupils with autism or learning disabilities, ideally within a KS2 or primary setting If you''re looking for a role where your skills, dedication, and compassion can truly change lives, we would love to hear from you.
