What you''ll be doing: Own the end-to-end monthly payroll process across multiple group companies, ensuring accurate, timely payment Administer workplace pensions, including employee enrolments, contributions, and NEST auto-enrolment compliance Ensure HMRC payroll compliance across PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, SMP, and relevant pension requirements Maintain and reconcile payroll records, deductions, benefits, pensions, and payroll control accounts Produce payroll reports, analysis and management information for senior leadership and finance teams Be the primary contact for payroll queries from employees, managers, pension providers and external bodies Manage statutory submissions including FPS, EPS, P60s and P11Ds (and other required reporting) Support month-end and year-end activities with payroll journals, reconciliations and supporting documentation Identify process, control and system improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy Support audits and ensure payroll records meet company policy, regulatory standards and data protection expectations What you''ll bring: Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processes Strong working knowledge of Sage ..... full job details .....
