Central London Office Based Immediate StartWeekly Pay via Agency Payroll We are recruiting for an experienced EU Payroll, Mobility and Immigration Specialist to support a leading international business on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role managing payroll operations across multiple European countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless payroll experience for employees and expatriates. Working closely with HR, Finance, external payroll providers, and tax advisors, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll governance across EU markets. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple European countries. Partner with local HR teams, payroll providers and Finance stakeholders. Validate and approve payroll data throughout the payroll cycle. Coordinate expatriate payroll activities with mobility partners and tax advisors. Oversee salary payments, taxes, social security and statutory deductions. Produce monthly and quarterly payroll reporting. Investigate and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies. Support payroll audits, compliance activities and process improvements. Manage immigration administration for employees relocating into and out of EU markets. About You Must have experience managing payroll across multiple European countries. Previous payroll experience within a retail, FMCG, customer-facing or high-volume environment (1,000+ employees preferred).
