A full time permanent position9am to 5pm Monday to FridaySalary of 24,400 per yearOn-call payments for each day you are on call ( 15 to 20 per day)On-call will be around 1 in 5 to start, but as the team grows this will change to 1 in 7.Overtime payments (time and a half) if you are called out for 2 hours or more.With these extra payments, you will average an extra 1,200 - taking the salary to approx. 25,600 per annum.27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.Rising to 30 days + 8 bank holidays after 5 years.Company pension scheme, employee assistance programme, health and wellbeing days.What will you do? You will support young people who are experiencing housing issues.Provide them with advice and guidance: employability, education, tenancy, social inclusion etc.Be an advocate for the people you support.Assist with the completion of benefit and housing related applications.Work with other services: substance misuse, youth offending, social services, local authorities etc.Remain professional when interacting with the young people, staff and outside agencies.Keep accurate and timely records.Complete needs assessments, support plans and risk assessments.Work outside of
