HR Law FirmElite US law firm with hugely impressive City based offices is seeking to hire an inaugural HR Manager with a strong career path ahead of them, to join their brilliant HR team in London, reporting to the Director of Administration.Salary to £110,000Hybrid 3/2Fantastic employee benefitsWonderful working environment and firm cultureHR Manager duties will include:Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the firm in London.Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and employment law.Team management responsibility for the London HR and Business Services teamsHandle complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary processes.Act as a trusted advisor to Partner and management peers, providing coaching and HR support.Support organisational change and workforce planning.Drive opportunity and engagement initiatives.Manage compensation and benefits benchmarking and reviews.Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures and systems.HR Manager requirements:5 years+ HR management experience within a law firmCIPD qualifiedExperienced in managing and mentoring a teamExcellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
