IT Support Engineer£35k-£38k Greenwich (SE10) A well-established law firm in Greenwich is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused IT professional to support a busy legal environment, providing high-quality technical support across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first- and second-line IT support to users across the firm, both remotely and on-site Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and system issues in a timely manner Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, phones and peripherals Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments and standard business applications Assist with user account administration, onboarding and offboarding processes Support meeting room and conferencing technology, including AV equipment Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset registers and support logs Liaise with third-party IT providers and suppliers to resolve technical issues Assist with system upgrades, technology rollouts and continuous service improvements Support IT security initiatives, patching and compliance requirements Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in an IT support or service desk role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 Good understanding of networking, hardware and troubleshooting principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing pr
