Senior Demand Planner – Stock Keeping Unit (Replenishment) , you’ll manage and improve inventory forecasts to ensure optimal stock levels and drive efficient replenishment. You’ll own medium-term forecasting, track forecast accuracy, and work cross-functionally to support supply chain performance. The role includes scenario planning, risk management, and contribution to SandOP meetings to address supply challenges and opportunities.Responsibilities

Medium-Term Forecast OwnershipTrack projected inventory by Country, Brand, CategoryOwn and refine a 6-month rolling forecast, using input from other forecasts, planned promotions, historical trends and stock levelsMonitor forecast accuracy and drive improvementsTrigger replenishment orders based on forecast and target stock levelsDefine and maintain reorder points, safety stock levels, and min/max thresholdsRepresent demand planning in SandOP meetings, providing insights on forecast accuracy, supply constraints, and campaign feasibilityRun what-if scenarios for demand surges, supply delays, or promotional changesQualifications

3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management with e-commerce experience preferredUnderstanding of inventory KPIs, replenishment models, etc.Ability to synthesize and communicate with both commercial and operational teamsStrong Excel/spreadsheet modeling with a first formal experience in coding, ideally Python (or other scripting language) skills is desirableUnderstanding of regression techniques would be a plusBenefits
