We are looking for a Head of Demand Planning to lead and oversee demand planning activities across all markets, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, inventory optimisation, and alignment between supply chain and commercial teams. This role is critical in supporting the company''s growth strategy, improving forecast accuracy, and securing product availability while minimising excess and obsolescence across international markets.The Head of Demand Planning will be responsible for leading the demand planning strategy and ensuring effective collaboration across various teams to achieve the company''s objectives.Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the global demand planning strategy in alignment with the company’s commercial and supply chain objectives. Act as a key liaison between regional markets, supply chain, marketing, finance, and sales to ensure integrated planning processes.Forecast Management:

Oversee the monthly demand forecasting cycle using advanced statistical tools and market intelligence. Analyse market trends, new launches, promotions, and historical data to drive high forecast accuracy and responsiveness.Process Optimization:

Implement and enhance SandOP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes across regions. Lead the standardization and continuous improvement of demand planning practices, KPIs, and systems globally. Lead our monthly SandOP meeting with key stakeholders such as our CEO, CFO, CMO, and COO.Team Management:

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing international demand planning team. Promote a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration across planning functions.Collaboration and Communication:

Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to align forecasts with new product launches, promotional activities, and retail trends. Provide actionable insights and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree.15+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Experience in the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.Required Skills

Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g. SAP APO, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar) and advanced PowerBi, Excel/analytical tools.Strong understanding of ERP systems and integrated planning platforms.Skills

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrixed environment.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Equal Opportunity Statement
