About the role:Please note we don''t have a fixed closing date but instead will close the role when we have sufficient applicants to interview so apply soon to not miss out!London and South East Colleges LSEC is looking for a Group Sustainability Manager to lead, coordinate and deliver the London and South East Education Group’s sustainability and Carbon Net Zero agenda across both London South East Colleges (LSEC) and London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT).This pivotal role will drive strategic alignment with national and local sustainability commitments, support the Group’s net zero ambitions, and enhance environmental, social, and economic outcomes across our estate, operations, and curriculum.The role holder will act as a subject matter expert, embedding sustainability principles into the organisation’s culture, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and maximising opportunities for innovation, funding, and partnerships. There are currently no direct line management responsibilities, but the role requires significant cross-functional collaboration and influence.Additional InformationThis is a Group role, with responsibilities spanning LSEC, LSEAT, and all associated sites.Flexibility to travel across locations is essential.The role may evolve to include line management responsibilities as the sustainability function develops.About UsThe CollegeLondon South East Colleges (LSEC)
