You''ll join a collaborative HR consultancy that specialises in supporting schools and businesses with practical, people-focused HR advice. What you''ll be doing You''ll support a varied portfolio of clients, gaining exposure across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers.Supporting Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.Managing your own caseload with support from senior colleagues.Drafting HR documentation and correspondence.Supporting formal meetings where appropriate.Building strong client relationships.Assisting with HR projects, audits, policy updates and training.Keeping up to date with employment law and HR best practice.
