St Michael''s Fellowship is recruiting for a 1 year fixed term Deputy Service Manager role, within one of our family residential centres. The staff in the teams will be looking to you to bring your own ideas, creativity, knowledge and experience to a team of new and experienced staff working alongside a manager who has managed the centre for a number of years. You will be working closely with and alongside families, and will have the opportunity to have a real and significant impact on the outcomes for children and their parents.
