As part of this exciting role, you will act as the charity''s client-side lead for a major redevelopment project, taking responsibility from the development of the brief and business case through to completion, commissioning and handover. You will appoint and manage external consultants and contractors, establish robust governance processes, oversee planning and statutory approvals, manage programme timelines, budgets and risks. Working closely with senior leadership, Trustees and operational stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation''s future estate. To be successful as the Estates Project Manager you will need: Substantial experience delivering complex capital, estates, refurbishment or redevelopment projects from inception through to completion.
