We are working with a rapidly growing fit out contractor already building a strong reputation, repeat clients and a growing pipeline of work. They are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join the team.

Despite being a relatively young business, they are already winning projects against leading contractors and delivering schemes up to -5m.

This is an opportunity for a rising star or someone who wants genuine responsibility, autonomy and the chance to grow with an ambitious business.

The Role

• Full ownership of fit out projects up to -5m.
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Manage programme, quality, H&S and commercial performance.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Take ownership of project decisions and delivery.
• Tender/pre-construction experience desirable.

About You

We''re looking for an ambitious Project Manager with commercial fit out experience who wants to take the next step.

You''ll need to be confident, commercially aware, client-facing and comfortable working with full autonomy. Strong Senior Construction Managers ready to step up will also be considered.
