Finance Director
during a pivotal time of transition and strategic development.Youll play a key role in leading financial operations, driving improvements, and ensuring robust financial control across our multi-site organisation.What Youll Be Doing
Supporting financial and management accounting, reporting, and control activities.Leading budgeting and forecasting processes for PandL, cash flow, and balance sheet.Managing and developing finance teams across multiple locations.Enhancing financial systems and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.Preparing board-level reports and monthly management accounts.Overseeing tax compliance, statutory accounts, and external audits.Driving system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.About You
About You:
Youre a confident and forward-thinking finance professional who brings:A degree-level qualification in accounting or a related field.Proven experience in senior finance roles, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage multi-site teams.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.A solid understanding of financial systems, internal controls, and compliance.Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software.Experience in project management and system upgrades.Knowledge of strategic financial planning and risk management.A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments (desirable but not essential).Details
